There are numerous ways to be active within the Students' Union.
Study Missions
You want to help your colleagues and improve the academic conditions? Would you like to provide additional learning spaces or help restructure the curriculum? You want to help freshmen students orient themselves in their field of study?
Then contact your body of Study Representatives. The Study missions form the basis of the representation work for students in Austria and are the first point of contact in case of problems in everyday student life.
Implement projects themselves
The student union also offers the possibility for students to realise their own ideas and projects. It provides infrastructure and financial support. However, the Austrian Students' Union Federal representatives also have numerous representations within this subsidy and provides funding for special projects.
Join the conversation
Most universities publish their own newspapers. They are always open to article suggestions, new writers and suggestions for improvements of any kind. The Students' Union Federal agency has its own magazine – Das Progress

Do you have a project idea that you want to realize or want to collaborate on projects in the student union? Then contact your local university representative and get details about the possibilities for cooperation. Many local representatives and the student union federal representatives are constantly on the look-out for dedicated individuals who want to get involved in the student union work.
