Then, for example, when you forget the expiration of important deadlines, such as the end of the application period for scholarships. So that the reminder of this circumstance does not only occur at the ATM, but when the consequences are still avoidable, the Austrian National Union of Students (ÖH) has come up with something: The ÖH-Reminder
After entering a valid email address and/or cell phone number, you select your own university location and activate the service with the activation code sent to you. You will be informed automatically and in time about important deadlines via SMS. In addition to very general deadlines, such as the aforementioned application deadline for scholarships, the ÖH-Reminder also reminds you of university-specific deadlines, such as the application deadline for merit scholarships or the enrollment deadline.
Participation in the info service is free of charge and can also be revoked at any time via the registration page. The data entered will be used by the Österreichische Hochschüler_innenschaft (ÖH) for the operation of this service. The data will not be passed on to third parties and is subject to the applicable Austrian data protection regulations. Users agree to receive further information about ÖH activities.
