As a legal representation of interests, both the federal representation of the Austrian National Union of Students (ÖH) and the local student councils strive not only to change everyday student life itself, but also to achieve improvements in the legislative process. For this purpose, the thematically responsible units of the ÖHs draft statements on all relevant bills or amendments in order to bring the students’ point of view into the process.
