The office for environment and climate policy ensures that environment and climate protection plays a central role for the Federal Austrian Students Union (ÖH) and makes an effort to increase climate justice at Austrian colleges.
As the political representation of Austrian students, we are aware of the ongoing climate crisis. Now is the time for eco-social action, visions for the future and real change. Procedures that are harmful to climate and humans must be transformed. Furthermore, we must create an interconnection of climate protection and the way we study and research at university.
At the office for environment and climate policy we devote ourselves to the ecologisation of the Federal Austrian Students Union (ÖH) and all Austrian colleges, as well as the organisation of informative campaigns and events.
Furthermore, we are the contact person for questions or suggestions regarding any environment or climate related topic. Together we can contribute to tackle the climate crisis.
