For sweepstakes on social media:<\/strong>
The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. Responsible and contact person is only the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung. Each participant who likes or comments on the posting agrees to the conditions of participation.
The winners will be drawn at random and will be notified via messenger service. Only users who are members of the \u00d6H (\u00d6sterreichische Hochsch\u00fcler_innenschaft) are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

For raffles via the \u00d6H Newsletter:<\/strong>
Responsible and contact person is only the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung. Each participant who responds to the newsletter agrees to the conditions of participation.
The winners will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail. Only persons who are members of the \u00d6H (\u00d6sterreichische Hochsch\u00fcler_innenschaft) are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

General<\/strong>
The winner will be informed about the delivery of the prize. If necessary, the collection can take place at the secretariat of the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung.
Employees of the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung are excluded from the competitions. The responsible party within the meaning of the GDPR is the \u00d6sterreichische Hochsch\u00fcler_innenschaft. The data will only be processed for the purpose of participation in the competition and will be deleted after completion of the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties (unless it is necessary for the processing of the competition, see next point).
The \u00d6H Bundesvertretung reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The \u00d6H Bundesvertretung is generally not liable for the correctness and completeness of all information. The participant has no right to compensation, damages or other claims against the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung. The legal process is excluded. No cash redemption possible.<\/p>\n

Queer_Feminist \u00d6H Raffle:<\/strong>
The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Meta Group. Responsible and contact person is the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung. After filling out the competition form, each participant agrees to the conditions of participation.<\/p>\n

The data will be irrevocably deleted after the random draw. The winners will be notified via e-mail (and if indicated via telephone number). If they do not respond within 7 business days, they will be drawn again.<\/p>\n

Only persons who are members of the \u00d6sterreichische Hochsch\u00fcler_innenschaft are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

Questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be sent to the \u00d6H Bundesvertretung at oeffref@oeh.ac.at. No cash redemption is possible. The legal process is excluded.<\/p>\n
