OFFICE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
We are happy to offer advice to anyone who is already studying at an Austrian university or planning to do so.
We will help you with visa problems, admission to studies, acquiring German knowledge, questions regarding tuition fees and with other difficulties.
UPDATE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:
Due to COVID-19 we provide counseling primarily via phone and e-mail at the moment. If there is an urgent and exceptional situation requiring personal counseling, a face-to-face meeting may be scheduled during our counselling hours. Please be aware that you need to make an appointment within the counseling hours via e-mail first to email@example.com . For this purpose kindly write an e-mail with your request and the reason for your need for personal counseling. Personal counseling without appointment is not possible. Please observe the following rules of conduct here.

The International Students Office is especially advocates the following:
- the encouragement of an open and multicultural society
- the equalisation of all students, irrespective of their nationality
- the retraction of discriminatory measures against foreign students
- the access to the employment market
- the provision of the possibility to stay in Austria after the completion of studies
- measures against racism and xenophobia
