The office for social policy of the Federal Austrian Students Union (ÖH) provides information, gives advice and intervenes on behalf of students that are in a difficult social situation. Consultation, as well as all offered services are free of charge!

UPDATE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:

- Social counseling: Due to COVID-19 we provide counseling primarily via phone and e-mail at the moment. You can contact our counseling team for social policy affairs via E-Mail or via phone +43/1/310 88 80 -43 or -40. If there is an urgent and exceptional situation requiring personal counseling, a face-to-face meeting may be scheduled during our counseling hours. Please be aware that you need to make an appointment within the counseling hours via e-mail first. For this purpose kindly write an e-mail with your request and the reason for your need for personal counseling. Personal counseling without appointment is not possible. Please observe the following rules of conduct here.

- Tenancy law counseling: will take place during consultation hours (see calendar below) via Skype or phone. You can also write us: wohnrecht@oeh.ac.at.

- Social funds counseling: only via email to: sozialfonds@oeh.ac.at.
