The chairs of the national delegation of the Austrian Students’ Union (ÖH) are responsible for representing ÖH both within the organisation and to the outside world.
We seek to provide progressive, constructive and critical representation to all students in Austria. In line with this goal, our key task is to present the organisation’s positions (worked out in detail by the ÖH units) to the general public, the government, the parliament, the universities, the Council of Universities of Applied Sciences, and the states and districts, as well as to negotiate on behalf of these positions.
Within ÖH the Executive Board coordinates the work of the national delegation and connects university delegations with one another.
